Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Wordocious ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of Wordocious constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use Wordocious. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You agree to choose an appropriate username and not impersonate others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable Use

When using Wordocious, you agree not to:

• • Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any form of cheating to gain an unfair advantage
• • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities instead of reporting them
• • Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
• • Use offensive, hateful, or inappropriate usernames
• • Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
• • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

Violation of these rules may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

Free Tier & Pro Subscription

Wordocious is free to play. We also offer an optional Pro subscription that unlocks additional features and game modes.

• • Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain Pro access through the end of your current billing period.
• • Subscription prices may change with advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.
• • Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you believe you were charged in error.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code that make up Wordocious are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Wordocious is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wordocious and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of data or game progress.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
